GOL informs that the sale of the dog and cat transportation service through GOLLOG Animais and the Dog&Cat + Espaço product, for trips in the aircraft's hold, remains suspended.

The Dog&Cat Cabine service, for customers who take their pets with them in the cabin of the plane, remains available without any changes.

For customers who previously contracted the transportation of their pet through the services that are restricted, there is the option of a full refund, including the value of their ticket (in the case of Dog&Cat + Espaço).
