The check-in time has changed

Thinking about the safety of all travelers, the check-in time has changed. Now the procedure will close up to 1 hour before the flight, so you need to arrive at the airport earlier.

Check it out:

Domestic and international flights
Online service: available between 48 hours and 1 hour before the flight.
Airport check-in: available between 3 hours and 1 hour before the flight.

Flights to and from the United States
Online service: available between 24 hours and 1 hour before the flight.
Airport check-in: available between 3 hours and 1 hour before the flight.

Flights operated by Air France and KLM
Online service: available between 30 hours and 1 hour before the flight.
Airport check-in: available between 3 hours and 1 hour before the flight.

If you need to check baggage, the service will be available between 3 hours and 1 hour before the flight. Therefore, we recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours in advance to avoid lines and crowds.

We ask that you continue prioritizing the convenience of online check-in to ensure a smooth and safe journey.

Also, remember the importance of respecting the new schedules, since with earlier check-in, flights will also be closed earlier.
