The prices mentioned below are valid only for flights operated exclusively by GOL, and prices in US dollars will be converted to the purchase currency according to the exchange rate of the day.

• Connecting flights can only be changed in advance at the origin, before the boarding time of the first leg of the flight, provided they are operated by GOL.
• The itinerary cannot be changed. For example, changing the Salvador (SSA) – Congonhas (CGH) flight to Salvador (SSA) – Guarulhos (GRU). That is, to use the flight change service, it is necessary to maintain the origin and destination of your trip. However, we have a flight rescheduling service that allows you to change the itinerary and can be requested through our website in the "Reschedule flight" section. The change request must comply with the fare rules and will be subject to availability.
• Limited to 1 (one) change per booking code according to the purchased fare (see more in the table above). If the customer requests a second or more changes for the same reservation, fees and fare differences will be charged, if applicable.
• In cases where the customer has to pay for the change, the amount must be paid during the check-in process.
• The change will only be confirmed after payment of the fee.

Reservations with flights operated by our partner airlines are not eligible for advance changes.
