GOL+ Conforto seats are available on all single-aisle aircraft operated by GOL. Comfort seats are available on twin-aisle aircraft.

To ensure compliance with GOL's safety criteria, we are responsible for assessing whether passengers are capable of operating the emergency exit at the time of flight.
Before choosing these seats, passengers should also assess their willingness and physical ability to comply with the procedures.
It is important to note that if the requirements are not met or it is not possible to offer the previously reserved seat, the amount paid for the emergency exit seat reservation will be fully refunded by GOL.
Instructions for using seats located at emergency exits
In the event of an emergency and the crew members are unavailable, the passenger occupying a seat next to the emergency exit may be assigned to perform the following duties:
- Locate the emergency exit.
- Recognize the mechanism for opening the emergency exit.
- Understand the instructions for operating the emergency exit.
- Operate the emergency exit.
- Assess whether opening the emergency exit will cause physical harm to passengers.
- Follow the verbal and gestural instructions of a flight attendant.
- Keep the emergency exit clear of objects that could block access.
- Exit through the emergency exit.
- Assess, choose, and guide people to a safe place away from the aircraft.
Who is not allowed to sit in the seats located at the emergency exit
People with mobility, flexibility, or dexterity impairments in their
arms or legs who are unable to:
Raise and lower themselves to reach the emergency exit or the
slide mechanism
Grab, move, pull, turn, or manipulate these mechanisms
Push, remove, pull, or open the emergency exit
Quickly reach the emergency exit
Maintain balance while removing obstacles
Exit quickly
People under 15 years of age or unable to
perform one or more functions listed in these instructions without
the assistance of an adult.
People over 60 years of age.
People who are unable to read and understand instructions
regarding evacuation procedures or understand them (in
printed, written, or graphic form), or who have difficulty
understanding verbal commands given by the crew.
People who lack sufficient visual ability to
perform one or more functions listed in these instructions without
the assistance of contact lenses or glasses. Individuals who are unable to hear and understand loud instructions from crew members without the assistance of a hearing aid.
Individuals who are unable to provide verbal information to other passengers.
Individuals who have:
- A condition of responsibility that may prevent them from performing these duties,
such as being with a small child.
- Possibility of injury if performing one or more of the duties listed in these instructions.
This and other information is contained in the safety card
located in the emergency exit seats of the aircraft.
Passengers must identify themselves to change seats in the following cases
- Does not meet the criteria listed in this instruction.
- Does not know whether your condition will prevent you from performing one or more of the listed functions.
- Could suffer physical harm as a result of performing one or more functions.
- Does not want to perform these functions.
- GOL+ Conforto seats are available on single-aisle aircrafts, located in the first rows or next to the emergency exits. The service is personal and non-transferable, available exclusively on flights operated by GOL. Its use is subject to seat availability on the aircraft.
- Comfort seats are available on wide-body aircrafts, located between rows 10 and 22. The service is personal and non-transferable, available exclusively on flights operated by GOL. Its use is subject to seat availability on the aircraft.
- No discount applies for children between 2 and 12 years old.
- Special conditions: Smiles Diamond and Smiles Magno customers can select GOL+ Conforto and Comfort seats free of charge; this benefit also extends to companions travelling under the same reservation. Smiles Gold customers are entitled to a 50% discount on GOL+ Conforto and Comfort seats; this benefit also extends to companions travelling under the same reservation. This benefit is not available for group fares and charter flights. Limited to 8 passengers per flight. Subject to seat availability.
- Rescheduling (before the flight) is only subject to fare differences, if any.
- Flight rescheduling (accommodation) by the airline: GOL will do its best to accommodate the passenger in another GOL+ Conforto or Comfort seat. If there is no availability, the amount paid for the seat will be fully refunded to the customer.
- Refunds are not available for Basic, Light, and Classic fares.
- There is no mileage earning for the purchase of this product.
