The airline ticket can be canceled and fully refunded free of charge if requested within 24 hours after receiving the proof of purchase and provided that the purchase was made at least 7 days before the boarding date.
On all fares, the boarding fee is refundable

GOL Credit Refund:
After the cancellation fee has been applied, if you choose to receive the residual amount in GOL credits, the amount will be available in your GOL account. Credit is released quickly, allowing you to plan your next trip. It is valid for up to 12 months (see applicable conditions) and is suitable for those who already intend to fly again. You must be logged in to your GOL account to receive the credit

Refund in the original form of payment:

How to choose?
If you have plans to fly again with GOL, the credit may be more practical and faster. You can buy new tickets and services for yourself or someone else. Reimbursement, on the other hand, is recommended for those who prefer immediate financial return, even if the deadline for receipt is longer.

After the cancellation and the request for a refund, GOL returns the amount to your credit card company within 7 days, minus the fees and regardless of the payment method. Then, the administrator issues the invoice, after 7 days, we consider the deadline established by the card flag and in the case of international refunds, the deadline is 30 days. Some companies continue to charge and return the amount on the invoice, while others cancel the charge as soon as they receive the information from GOL. Boarding fee
Boarding fees are refundable and are not part of the basis for calculating fines

or penalties.

Refund of services
Services purchased for trips at fares, Flex, Premium Economy and INSIGNIA Business Flex will allow reimbursement if requested before the flight. After the flight, a refund will not be allowed.

Checked Baggage
Product refunds are allowed exclusively for customers with Flex, Premium Economy and INSIGNIA Business Flex fares when requested before boarding through the customer service center. For Basic, Light, Classic and INSIGNIA Business Classic fares, refunds are not available.
Standard seat, GOL + Comfort or Comfort
Product refunds are allowed exclusively for customers with Flex, Premium Economy and INSIGNIA Business Flex fares when requested before boarding through the customer service center. For Basic, Light, Classic and INSIGNIA Business Classic fares, refunds are not available.
