Changes to pet transport services
Flights originating from or destined for the United States
Due to new guidelines from United States authorities, GOL has temporarily suspended the sale of its in-cabin pet transport service on flights to and from the United States.

How to check in with your pet
Check-in for travel with your pet must be done exclusively at the GOL service counter. To ensure greater peace of mind, it is important that you arrive:
- Two hours in advance for domestic flight check-in;
- Three hours in advance for international flight check-in.
This timeframe is necessary so that you can pick up your Pet Pass at our service counters and present all the required documents according to your travel destination!

The rules and prices presented for the Dog&Cat Cabin and Dog&Cat + Space services do not apply to people with disabilities traveling with a guide dog or hearing dog. In these situations, transporting the dog is free for domestic and international flights, but it is necessary to follow some recommendations.
GOL does not transport Emotional Support Animals (ESAs). To travel with your pet, check the availability and rules of the Dog&Cat Cabin, Dog&Cat + Space, and GOLLOG Animals services.
