Brasil (BRA)

Since May 21, 2023, there is no longer any health restriction related to Covid-19 for travelers to enter Brazil. With the end of the health emergency of international importance announced by the World Health Organization (WHO), Anvisa no longer requires the presentation of vaccination or tests for entry into the country. Check the Ministry of Health website.

Colômbia (BOG)

Documents and Forms

  • Valid government issued identification (ID or passport);
  • Return ticket;
  • Proof of accommodation;
  • Passengers must complete the "CheckMig" form at least 72 hours prior to departure: https://apps.migracioncolombia.gov.co/pre-registro/en;
  • Brazilians are exempt from visa requirements for stays of up to 90 days;
  • If you live in or transit through Angola, Brazil, Congo or Uganda within 6 days, an international yellow fever vaccination certificate is required.;
  • Yellow fever vaccination is not required for children under 1 year of age and over 60 years of age; passengers who transit through Angola, Brazil, Congo (Democratic Republic of the Congo) or Uganda within 12 hours if they do not leave the transit areas; passengers with official proof of medical contraindication issued by a health authority; 
  • Passengers must have an international vaccination certificate issued at least 10 days prior to arrival.

Passports must be machine-readable to enter the country.
 

Argentina (AEP/MDZ/ROS/COR)

Documents and forms

  • Valid government-issued identification (ID or passport, depending on the passenger's nationality);
  • It is no longer necessary to fill in the affidavit of entry;
  • Return ticket - recommended;

By order of the local authorities, all battery-powered wheelchairs must be declared using the form DECLARACIÓN JURADA DE TRANSPORTE DE SILLA DE RUEDAS O AYUDA MOTRIZ IMPULSADA A BATERÍA. Print the declaration and present it at check-in.

Prohibited items for carriage at Argentine airports

  • International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate issued by ANVISA at least 10 days before arrival. Obtain your international certificate by clicking here.
  • Exempt from yellow fever vaccination: Holders of a certificate of contraindication for medical reasons. The certificate must be authorized by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Security of Paraguay or by the health authority of the country of origin; Children under 1 year of age and adults over 60 years of age and Passengers transiting through the following countries if not leaving the transit areas: Bolivia, Brazil, Peru or Venezuela.
  • Valid official identification document;

  • Present return ticket;
    • The Surinam Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation announced on January 15, 2024 that visitors of 21 nationalities will be required to present a valid E-VISA to the airline prior to boarding. Without this document, customers will not be admitted to the territory of Suriname and will be denied boarding at the time of service. 

      Countries affected by this change include Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Eritrea, Ghana, India, Cameroon, Kenya, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Tunisia, Venezuela, Zambia and South Africa.

    • Individuals holding passports from these countries are now required to obtain a visa before traveling to Suriname. To avoid inconvenience and delays upon arrival in the country, it is extremely important that the entry fee is paid in advance of travel. The E-VISA is available through the online application of VFS Global Suriname: https://suriname.vfsevisa.com/suriname/online/home/index.

    • It is important to note that the visa application process is subject to administrative evaluation and may take more than 72 hours to be issued. For this reason, it is recommended that you submit your visa application as far in advance of your intended travel dates as possible.

      Please note: Clients traveling to PBM must present the printed entry fee at the point of origin (check-in desk) to avoid any trouble with connecting flights and entry into the country.

  • Visa exempt visitors must pay an entry fee prior to departure, click here (https://suriname.vfsevisa.com/suriname/online/home/index) – Present fee paid at origin.

Requirements

  • International Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate issued at least 10 days prior to arrival (for passengers coming from the Brazilian states of Espírito Santo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo; and for passengers and crew coming from Venezuela or who have been in Venezuela in the last 14 days).   • Exempt from yellow fever vaccination: Children under 1 year of age, adults over 60 years of age and holders of a certificate of contraindication for medical reasons.
  • COVID test result is no longer required.

Restricted countries

  • Angola, Botswana, Swaziland, Lesotho, Zambia and South Africa. Immigration upon possession of negative test only.
