GOL INFORMA 06/03/2026 GOL Announces the Arrival of Widebody Aircraft to Strengthen Its International Expansion With the Airbus A330neo aircraft, the Company will offer customers new seating categories and more flight options between Brazil and Europe and North America. São Paulo, March 6, 2026 – GOL Linhas Aéreas, Brazil’s most on-time airline, today announced an important milestone in its history: the initial delivery of up to five Airbus A330-900 aircraft - widebody jets with capacity close to 300 seats and capable of operating routes of up to 15 hours. The aircraft will be incorporated into the fleet in phases throughout 2026 and 2027, enabling the Company to launch intercontinental flights. “GOL was founded 25 years ago to transform aviation in Latin America. We currently operate in 12 countries, across more than 80 bases, and carry 30 million customers every year. Now, with the introduction of widebody operations, we are taking another step forward in our evolution - expanding our horizons and creating new products and services for our customers. In doing so, we will further connect Brazil to the world, while also enabling more people to experience the beauty of our country”, said Celso Ferrer, CEO of GOL. The decision to allocate the aircraft recently incorporated by the Abra Group to GOL aims to strengthen the Company’s international expansion strategy. “Abra Group was created with the purpose of expanding access to aviation, further connecting Latin America to the world. With the new A330neo aircraft operated by GOL, we will explore long-haul markets from Brazil – this is highly strategic for Abra. We are becoming even stronger by offering new route options so our customers can benefit from greater opportunities across our Group’s airlines”, added Adrian Neuhauser, CEO of Abra Group. New fleet, same focus on efficiency With the Airbus A330-900 aircraft, GOL remains aligned with the pillars of its five-year growth plan, which includes expanding its fleet with aircraft models that deliver superior performance and operational efficiency. GOL will benefit from synergies with Avianca and Wamos, two airlines of the Abra Group that already operate A330 and other Airbus aircraft, across all stages of management and maintenance of these new assets. The A330-900 provides GOL with optimal profitability in the widebody segment. By delivering significant fuel savings per seat compared to previous generation widebodies, the aircraft enables GOL to expand its international operations while maintaining its commitment to low operating costs and CO2 emissions efficiency. The fleet features the award-winning Airspace cabin, which offers greater passenger comfort and the flexibility to deliver a premium business-class experience, while maintaining an efficient configuration that ensures profitability. This enhanced passenger experience is defined by increased personal space, onboard entertainment systems, larger overhead bins for greater baggage capacity, and a quieter cabin environment. All of this is complemented by a state-of-the-art lighting system designed to help reduce jet lag. Wamos Operation Together with the incorporation of the aircraft into GOL’s fleet, the Company also announces an ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) operation with aircraft from its partner Wamos, which is also part of the Abra Group. This solution will be implemented on selected routes as a way to quickly expand capacity, address peak demand, and ensure greater efficiency and flexibility in intercontinental operations. In the coming weeks, GOL will announce the new routes, sales start dates and additional service and product enhancements for customers. The new Airbus A330-900 will enable GOL to operate direct flights to destinations in Europe and the United States.
