Domestic flights
Mãe Terra Snacks

Light, nutritious and healthy, Mãe Terra snacks are served to passengers free* of charge on all domestic GOL flights. Made exclusively for GOL passengers, these snacks are 100% organic, made with Brazilian ingredients and come in two versions.

Tribos' Tomato and Basil flavored snacks are made with wholesome ingredients like multiple grains, flaxseed, sesame seeds, herbs and seasonings. They're delicious and low in sodium.

For dessert, there’s the whole-grain 4 Brazilian Nuts Mini Cookie Integral with Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, licuri nuts and baru nuts, all of which come from different Brazilian ecosystems such as the Amazon rainforest, Caatinga shrubland and the Cerrado savannah.

Sabuguito is made especially for children. It is baked, made with natural, organic ingredients and contains no artificial additives. In addition to being healthy, it tastes like delicious green corn. GOL is the first airline in Brazil to offer a snack made especially for children.

*The free of charge snacks are served to passengers over 2 years of age.


Air shuttle (CGH/SDU/CGH routes):

All options come with coffee, water, juice or a soft drink at no additional cost to passengers..

  • On flights between 6:00 AM and 9:40 AM:

    Mini sandwiches, homemade cakes, croissants, corn cakes, fruit salad.

  • On flights between 9:40 AM and 3:40 PM:

    Tribos whole wheat snacks, whole wheat mini cookies and Sabuguitos.

  • On flights between 3:40 PM and 11:00 PM:

    Veggie bread, wraps, croissants, turnovers, and mini sandwiches.

The options available may vary according to the day of the flight.

In-flight Sales

The in-flight sales service is available on all domestic flights, except air shuttle flights, and features lighter and more nutritious meals.

Payments can be made in cash with local currency (Brazilian Real) or with a major credit card.

• Refused payments

If passengers make an in-flight purchase and their payment is later declined, they will receive a bank payment slip code to make a bank deposit for the amount.

• Sales receipt (nota fiscal)

When making an in-flight purchase, passengers will receive a proof of sales document with an access key. Forty eight hours after the purchase is made, the passenger can visit, click the ConsultarNFe link and enter the access key from the proof of sales doc to receive the official sales receipt (nota fiscal) with a description of the item(s) purchased on the aircraft.

International flights

On all GOL international flights, meals, snacks and beverages are complimentary. GOL also offers drinks and vegetarian options, depending on the length of the flight*. GOL also provides other comfort items like blankets, pillows and dental kits.

Short international flights

(between 50 minutes and 3 hours and 30 minutes)

• GOL Premium Class: hot meal with dessert or fruit, an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including tea and coffee, blanket and pillow.

• Economy Class: cold sandwich and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages.

Average international flights

(between 3 hours and 30 minutes and 5 hours)

• GOL Premium Class: hot meal with salad, bread, dessert or fruit, an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as yogurt, coffee and tea, blanket, pillow and dental kit.

• Economy Class: cold meal** with bread, dessert or fruit, an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, blanket and pillow.

**Hot meals are served on our flights to Santiago.

Long international flights

(over 5 hours)

GOL Premium Class: Hot meals and hot light meals with salad, bread, dessert and/or fruit, an assortment of alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages, such as drinkable yogurt, coffee and tea; also a blanket, pillow and a dental kit.

Economy Class: Hot meal, cold light meal, and salad, bread, dessert and/or fruit, an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee; also a blanket and pillow.

* On internacional flights, There no special meals specific to children, lacto vegetarians, strict vegetarians and vegans. For passengers with celiac disease, there are special dishes on flights with origin and destination in Argentina - the request must be made through Customer Service Center 24 hours in advance.
