Understand the information on your boarding pass

  1. Personal information - Your ticket is personal and non-transferrable. You must present your boarding pass and a valid photo ID.
  2. Flight information - Flight number, boarding gate and seat chosen at check-in.
  3. City of origin and destination - Place and time of takeoff and landing.
  4. Locator code – Also known as the reservation code, this number identifies your ticket purchase. Write down this code or print the receipt sent to your e-mail address so you can have it on hand.
  5. Boarding time - Is the time when you should be at the boarding gate.
  6. Bar code - Contains all of the boarding pass information for the electronic verifications performed at the airport. It is used to identify the passenger and give him access to the boarding area and aircraft.
